We were referred to Matthew Jeffrey by friends who also used him successfully for a spousal sponsorship. The process is not for the faint of heart, but Rolando, who assisted us, was ever patient, kind, and professional. He expertly guided us through the mountain of paperwork and was always available to answer the many questions we had. Rolando gave us excellent guidance which enabled everything to go very well, and my husband now has his PR Visa! Very bad service. Period. Rude too. In my experience, the staff is very ignorant, I am talking at the manager level.If you try to ask any meaningful question, like what value they provide, or what do they bring to the table, they won`t be able to answer you. Such level of stupidity you`ll be able to find here.If you are below the points they are looking for, without a question they will be rude to you. Never opt them. All they can do for you is to fill up a bunch of forms and send it on your behalf. Essentially the same thing you can do for yourself.Please don`t waste your money.

I found them to be professional and efficient. I worked with Rolando (in Matthew Jeffery's office) who did a great job of steering us through my application for Permanent Residency. The process went smoothly and I'm happy to say that I now have my approvals and am ready to immigrate to Ontario. Rolando communicated efficiently using phone, email and "snail mail" and kept me informed during the process. I would recommend them to anyone considering making a permanent resident application.
